1/2 cup Supreme Round Grain Rice
3 ½ cups milk
½ cup cream
½ cup sugar
1/2 tsp Supreme Nutmeg Powder
¼ tsp Supreme Cardamom Powder
Small Pinch of salt
7 Supreme Almonds, chopped
10 Supreme Pistachios, chopped
10 Supreme Sultanas, chopped
Small Pinch of saffron, chopped


Wash the Pudding Rice and add to a deep pan along with the milk, sugar, Nutmeg Powder, cardamom powder & salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the milk has thickened and the rice is cooked (approximately 45- 60 mins). Remove from heat and stir in ¾ of chopped nuts and sultanas. Serve warm or cold, garnish with extra chopped nuts, sultanas & saffron.
