Date & Nut Energy Bites

Ingredients

2 cups dates
½ cup Supreme Almonds
½ cup Supreme Pistachios
½ cup supreme Walnuts
¼ cup Supreme Flax Seeds
2 tbsp Supreme Coconut Oil
1 cup Supreme Fine Desiccated Coconut

Method

Into a large food processor add dates, almonds, pistachios, walnuts, flax seeds and  coconut oil, process until mix is sticky and and batter has formed. Scoop the dough by heaping tablespoons, then roll between your hands to form balls. Roll in desiccated coconut. Store the balls in a sealed container in the fridge for up to a week.
