Achari Chutney


4lt Supreme Ketchup
2 red bell pepper, cut into small pieces
1 onion, cut into small pieces
8 cloves of garlic, peeled
½ cup Supreme Achar Masala
¼ cup vinegar
Salt if needed

½ cup oil
⅓ cup Supreme Mustard Seeds
1 ½ cup Supreme Dried Curry Leaves


Add red bell pepper, onion and garlic cloves into a blender and pour enough ketchup to help blend smoothly. Pour remaining ketchup, vinegar, achar masala and blended Ingredients into a large bowl. Add oil in a pot over medium heat. Once heated, add mustard seeds and when they start to splutter add curry leaves and cook for 1-2 minutes then add to remaining ingredients. Mix well, add salt if needed, cover and refrigerate overnight. Store into jars and keep refrigerated for up to 2 months.
