Cassava Chips

INGREDIENTS

Frozen cassava, boil in salted water until tender or a butter knife goes through.
Oil to deep fry
Salt to sprinkle
Supreme Chilli Powder
Supreme Chilli Flakes

METHOD

Once the boiled cassava has cooled, cut into thick chips and deep fry in hot oil until golden and crisp. Drain on kitchen paper and sprinkle with salt, chilli powder and chilli flakes.
