Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

500g brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved
3 tbsp Zaytuna Olive Oil
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp Supreme Fennel Seeds
½ tsp Supreme Black Pepper
Salt to taste
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp honey

Method

Preheat oven to 200°C. On a large baking sheet, drizzle brussels sprouts with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey and season with salt, pepper, onion powder and fennel seeds. Toss until combined. Roast until the brussels sprouts are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, about 20-25 minutes, toss the sprouts halfway through. Remove from oven, add 1 tbsp of honey and 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar and toss well and serve.
