INGREDIENTS

½ cup olive oil
250g roasted red peppers
½ cup fresh breadcrumbs
½ cup Supreme Walnuts
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp Supreme Cumin Powder
1 tsp Supreme Chilli Flakes
1 tbsp pomegranate molasses
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt to taste

Garnish:
Chopped walnuts
Fresh pomegranates
Parsley
Pomegranate molasses

METHOD

Add all ingredients for the hummus in a food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle over 1 tsp of pomegranate molasses. Run a cocktail stick through the dip to create a marble effect then garnish with fresh pomegranates, parsley and chopped walnuts and serve.
