Turkish Salad


3 red onions, finely sliced
2 generous handful of parsley, finely chopped
4 tomatoes, finely sliced
2 large red chillies, finely sliced
1 tsp Supreme Paprika
Pinch of Supreme Coarse Black Pepper
1 tbsp Zaytuna Olive oil
2 tbsp sumac
Salt to taste


Rub and work sumac and the salt into the onion slices with your hands really well. Then stir in sliced tomatoes, chopped parsley, sliced red chillies and paprika, paprika, coarse black pepper and olive oil; and combine well. Serve with adana kebabs or shish taouk.
