Potato Salad

INGREDIENTS

500g new potatoes
1 Supreme Kidney Bean Tin
340g sweetcorn tin
1 small bunch of spring onion, sliced
1 cup full fat salad cream
¾ cup full fat mayonnaise
½ tsp Supreme Coarse Black Pepper
Salt to taste

Garnish:
Sliced spring onions

METHOD

Leave the skin on the potatoes and cut into bite size chunks. Boil in salted water until tender then drain and cool. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and stir gently to mix everything together. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Garnish with sliced spring onions and serve.
