Avocado, Walnut & Radish Salad


150g mixed leaves
1 avocado, thinly sliced
10 radishes, thinly sliced
Handful of Supreme Walnuts, roughly chopped
Salad Dressing:
¼ cup zaytuna Olive Oil
2 tbsp balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp Supreme Chilli Flakes
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1 tsp garden mint
Pinch of Supreme Coarse Black pepper
Salt to taste


In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the salad dressing and set aside. Arrange salad leaves onto a serving platter. Scatter sliced avocados, radishes and walnuts on top. Pour desired amount of dressing just before serving.
