Thai Peanut Noodles


250g egg noodles,
⅓ cup crunchy or smooth peanut butter
¼ cup dark soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp Supreme Ginger Garlic Paste
3 tbsp brown sugar
½ – 1 tbsp Supreme Chilli Flakes
¼ cup boiling water
Salt to taste (if needed)

Red chillies, sliced
Sliced spring onions
Supreme White Sesame Seeds
Supreme Black Sesame Seeds


Boil noodles as per packet instructions. In a bowl mix together remaining ingredients. Once the noodles are cooked, heat a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Add the sauce, and once it’s heated through and has thickened add the noodles. Toss well to coat evenly. Garnish with fresh red chillies, sesame seeds and serve immediately.
