Creamy Tandoori Chicken Sandwiches


500g chicken breast, sliced into thin fillets

3 tbsp Zaytuna Olive Oil 

2 tbsp Supreme Traditional Tandoori Masala 

1 cup mayonnaise 

Shredded lettuce 

Tortilla wraps/ bread



In a bowl, mix together oil and tandoori masala powder. Add chicken breast and mix well. Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until fully cooked through. Remove the chicken and remaining juices from the pan and cool to room temperature. Chop chicken into small pieces and add to a bowl along with mayonnaise. Mix well and refrigerate until chilled. Make wraps or sandwiches as desired and enjoy!
