Tandoori Chicken Cheese Fries

INGREDIENTS

1 skinless chicken breast, cut into thin 1 inch long thin strips
2 tbsp Supreme Tandoori Masala Powder
1 tsp Supreme Garlic Powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp oil
½ cup ketchup
¼ cup mayonnaise
Malt vinegar
Supreme chilli flakes
Chips/Fries (fried)
Grated cheddar cheese
Chopped coriander

METHOD

Add chicken, tandoori masala powder, garlic powder and salt to a bowl, mix well and marinate at room temperature for 1 hour. Heat a pot over medium-high heat. Add oil and butter and once melted and chicken. In the meantime, fry or oven bake the chips/fries. Stirring occasionally cook until chicken is cooked through and all moisture has evaporated. Stir in ketchup and mayonnaise then remove from heat. Top chips/fries with vinegar, chilli flakes, chicken and desired amount of grated cheese. Melt the cheese under the grill or In a hot oven. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve immediately.
