INGREDIENTS

2 cups Lubna Super Kernel Sella Rice (rinsed and drained)
3 tbsp butter
Pinch of Supreme Saffron
½ cup yogurt
Salt to taste

METHOD

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add salt, rice and stir well. Boil until rice is fully cooked then drain and cool. In a bowl add yogurt, saffron and rice, and mix well. Place a medium sized frying pan over medium-high heat and butter. Once melted, coat the bottom and sides of the pan. Add cooked rice and using a spoon pack the rice down. Cover and cook for about 15 minutes on medium heat then turn heat to low and cook for an additional 20 minutes or until a golden crust forms on the bottom. Once the rice is cooked, remove lid and carefully flip rice onto serving dish, so crusted rice is on the top. Serve immediately.
