Spaghetti Bolognese
Ingredients
1 tbsp oil 1 red pepper, chopped 2 Supreme Bay leaves ½ tsp Supreme Black Pepper 1-2 tsp Supreme Chilli powder Few dashes of Worcestershire Sauce 1 tsp sugar Salt to taste Boiled spaghetti
500g chicken mince
2 medium onions, chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 400g Supreme Chopped Tomato Tin
1 500g carton passata
1 tsp dried oregano
Method
Heat a large pot over medium-high heat. Add oil, onions and peppers, cook until soft. Add bay leaves, chicken mince, garlic, salt and pepper. Cook until all moisture has evaporated. Then add chilli powder, tomato tin, passata, sugar, oregano, worcestershire sauce and cook over a medium heat (stirring occasionally) for 30 minutes or until thick. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to pack instructions. Drain and turn into serving bowls. Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning, then pour over the hot pasta and serve immediately.
