Penne All’arrabbiata
Ingredients
2 tbsp Zaytuna Olive Oil 1 tbsp Supreme Garlic Paste 1 onion, finely chopped 2 tsp Supreme Chilli Flakes ½ tsp Supreme Coarse Black Pepper 1 tsp balsamic vinegar Chopped parsley for garnish
1 Supreme Chopped Tomato Tin
salt to taste
2 tsp sugar
300g penne pasta
Method
Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add onions and saute until soft. Add garlic paste, chopped tomato tin, chilli flakes, sugar, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Stir well,cover, reduce heat to low and simmer until the sauce has thickened. Meanwhile, cook pasta Al dente in a large pot of salted water. Drain and add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss gently to combine. Top with chopped fresh parsley and serve.
