Liver & Kidney Curry

INGREDIENTS

1 lb kidney and liver, cut into small bite size pieces
4 tbsp oil
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
2 Supreme Cloves
1 Supreme Cinnamon Stick
2 Supreme Green Cardamom
2 Supreme Black Peppercorns
1 tsp Supreme Ginger Garlic and
½ tsp Supreme Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp green chillies, minced
1 tsp Supreme Cumin Powder
1 tsp Supreme Coriander Powder

Garnish:
Fresh coriander leaves
Lime wedges

METHOD

Heat a pot over medium-high heat. Add oil, onions, cloves, cinnamon stick, green cardamom and black peppercorns. Sauté until golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for few minutes then add kidney and liver, turmeric powder and salt to taste. Cook until all moisture has evaporated. Reduce heat to medium-low, stir in green chillies, cumin powder and coriander powder, and cook for a few more minutes. Remove from heat, garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot with lime wedges.
