Feta Pasta

INGREDIENTS

200g feta cheese
1 Supreme Chopped Tomato Tin
1 tsp Supreme Coarse Black Pepper
½ – 1 tbsp Supreme Chilli Flakes
2 tbsp Supreme Garlic Paste
2 tsp dried mixed herbs
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Zaytuna Olive Oil
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
300g dried pasta of your shape
Chopped parsley

METHOD

Preheat the oven to 180°c. Tip the chopped tomato tin into an ovenproof dish. Place the feta in the middle then sprinkle over coarse black pepper, chilli flakes, garlic paste, mixed herbs, salt to taste, zaytuna olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. Bake in a preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package directions, until al dente. Mash the feta and tomatoes with a fork and mix until evenly combined. Add the cooked pasta and mix well. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
