BBQ Tandoori Paneer Skewers


450g paneer, cut into 3cm pieces
2 tbsp Supreme Tandoori Powder
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp Supreme Garlic and Ginger Paste
Red Onions and mixed peppers, cut into 3cm pieces

Lemon wedges
Coriander leaves


In a bowl mix together tandoori powder, lemon juice, oil and garlic and ginger paste. Add paneer and gently coat in the marinade. Cover and marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Thread the paneer onto metal skewers alternating with red onions and mixed peppers. Preheat an outdoor barbecue for medium-high heat. Place the skewers on the barbecue and grill for 8-10 mins, turning frequently until the paneer is cooked and onions and peppers have softened and charred. Garnish with coriander leaves, lemon wedges and serve immediately.
