Mango Lassi
Ingredients
1 Supreme Mango Pulp Tin Garnish:
Water (same amount as mango pulp)
1 500g tub full fat yogurt
½ – ¾ tin of condensed milk or desired amount
¼ tsp Supreme green cardamom powder
Supreme saffron
Supreme Cashew nuts, chopped
Supreme Pistachios, sliced
Method
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend smooth. Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours or serve with ice. Garnish with chopped cashews, pistachios and saffron.
