Persian Fruit Salad

INGREDIENTS

1 cups chopped pineapple (peeled)
2 cups chopped strawberries
1 cup chopped red grapes
1 cup chopped green grapes
2 cups chopped oranges (peeled)
2 cups chopped green apples (peeled)
2 cups chopped banana (peeled)
1 cup Supreme Mango Pulp
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp Supreme Green Cardamom Powder
¼ cup honey
Pinch of salt

METHOD

Add all the chopped fruit into a large mixing bowl. In another bowl, mix together mango pulp, lemon juice, green cardamom powder, honey and salt. Pour this over the chopped fruit and gently toss until coated. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour then serve.
