Mango & Coconut Lollies

Supreme Mango Pulp
Supreme Coconut

Method

Pour coconut milk into a bowl and whisk well until smooth and combined. Pour desired amounts of coconut milk and mango pulp into the lolly moulds. Place into the freezer for at least 5 hours or overnight. For easy unmoulding, run the frozen moulds under warm water for 10 to 15 seconds before removing the ice lollies.
