Fruit & Yoghurt Bark

INGREDIENTS

2 cups full fat Greek yogurt
3 tbsp honey and extra
Mixed berries
Supreme Almonds
Supreme Pistachios

METHOD

In a bowl mix together greek yogurt and honey. Line a baking sheet with baking parchment paper then spread the yogurt depending on how thick or thin you want your bark to be. This was approx 1/2 inch thick. Top with desired amount of almonds, pistachios and berries. Drizzle with honey and place in the freezer for 2-4 hours or until it is completely frozen. Remove from the freezer and use a sharp knife to break the bark into pieces. Serve immediately.
