French hot chocolate infused with Cardamom


3/4 cup double cream

½ cup milk

5 Supreme Cardamom pods, lightly crushed 

2 tbsp brown sugar

150g quality dark chocolate, chopped

1/2 tsp vanilla extract



Set a pot over low/medium heat, add milk, cream, Supreme Cardamom pods, brown sugar and bring to a low simmer. Add in the chopped chocolate, vanilla extract and continue to stir until chocolate has completely melted and has slightly thickened. Strain, serve with whipped cream and enjoy.
