Cinnamon Baked Peaches with Greek Yoghurt & Pistachios


6 ripe peaches (halved and de-stoned)
6 tsp butter
6 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp Supreme Cinnamon Powder
Greek yogurt
Supreme Pistachios (chopped)


In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon. Preheat oven to 200°c and place cut side up peaches on a baking tray. Sprinkle over ½ tbsp of sugar and cinnamon mix and ½ tsp of butter over each half. Put them in the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and serve hot with desired amount of cool greek yogurt and top with chopped pistachios.
