Your order is given our personal attention and is dealt with as quickly as possible. Deliveries take 3 to 5 working days and are delivered between 8:00am – 9:00pm (excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays).

All items are individually weighed by us; we take into account the weight of packaging therefore the weight stated on the packaging of the actual product may be different. All weight is rounded up by 10 grams.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday.
Orders placed on Friday after 1:00pm will be processed on Monday.
Due to logistical reasons, larger orders may take more time to fulfil and dispatched as two separate shipments.
Orders can be tracked by a unique consignment number which will be given to you once your order has been dispatched.
We endeavour to ensure that you receive your goods in pristine condition. If you notice that items are missing, damaged or incorrectly delivered, please contact our Customer Services Department as soon as possible and not later than 72 hours after receiving the order by email: email@example.com
We may ask you to email images of any faulty or damaged goods to us. The cost for returning items must be covered by the customer; the initial cost of delivery will not be refunded.
If no one is present at the delivery address when the courier visits, a card will be left with a contact number. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the number and arrange for collection. The courier will try to deliver during the following two more days and if still there is no one present and the customer hasn’t contacted the delivery services, a missed delivery charge of £15.00 will be levied.
Currently we do not have a dedicated service for customers overseas, but if you have any enquiries then do not hesitate in contacting us.
All deliveries are subject to clearance of funds and stock availability, this combined with the third-party nature of courier services means that, whilst we always try to keep to promised delivery dates, occasionally goods may arrive late. Invariably this is usually caused by factors outside of our control. For this reason, we cannot offer guarantees on delivery dates or accept any liability for losses as a result of late deliveries.

Returns & Refund
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Supreme Ingredients are happy to refund products returned within 14 days of delivery. Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resaleable condition and any tags must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
Your refund will be credited to the original payment card or to your Paypal account if you have paid by Paypal.
Return your goods with your sales invoice and simply note down the reason for return on your sales invoice. Please follow the steps below for returning your items to us:
- The item must be repacked in the same condition as it was received with labels and tags still attached.
- Attach a label with our address as below:

- Obtain a postage receipt from the Post Office; this will act as your proof of return.
- Return will be at your expense and is not refundable by Supreme Ingredients
- Refunds will be processed in accordance with our returns policy.
- Items must be returned in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.
- Once the product has been received and inspected, we will send you an email letting you know we have received and processed your return.
- After you have received the email please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to be credited to your account.
- If the product is returned because it is defective or not the one you ordered, we will issue a full refund including the delivery charge after our inspection has taken place.
We can only offer an exchange for faulty or incorrectly sent items. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges for other reasons at this time. If you would like a refund for an item, then please return the item as described above and we will happily process a refund for you.
