INGREDIENTS

1 cup Supreme Maida/ plain flour 

1 tbsp baking powder

Pinch of salt 

¼ cup sugar 

¾ cup milk 

2 medium eggs

¼ cup melted butter

Toppings of your choice

METHOD

In a bowl, mix together plain flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and cinnamon powder. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs and melted butter. Slowly pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until almost combined. The batter should be thick and lumpy. Set the batter aside for 15 minutes. Heat a non-stick pan over low-medium heat. Use a ¼ cup measuring cup to scoop and drop the batter into the pan. Cook until golden and bubbles appear on the surface. Flip with a spatula, and cook until golden brown on the other side. Serve with toppings of your choice.
