Vegan Mango & Coconut Chia Seed Pudding

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Supreme Mango Pulp 

1 cup Supreme Coconut Milk 

6 tbsp chia seeds 

Mint leaves 

Topping: 

2 tbsp Supreme dessicated coconut 

2 tbsp Supreme Flaked Almonds 

2 tbsp Supreme sunflower seeds 

METHOD

In a bowl mix together mango pulp, coconut milk and chia seeds. Cover and store in the fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours. Add the ingredients for the topping in a frying pan and lightly toast until golden. Serve into individual portions and sprinkle over the topping and garnish with mint leaves.
