Besan Chilla
Ingredients
1 cup Supreme Besan (chickpea flour) ⅔ cup water Salt to taste ½ tsp garlic & ginger paste ½ tsp Supreme Cumin Seeds ¼ tsp Supreme Chilli Powder ¼ tsp Supreme Turmeric Powder ¼ cup chopped red onions ¼ cup chopped tomatoes ¼ cup chopped coriander
Method
Heat a small non-stick pan on low/med heat. To a mixing bowl add Besan, salt, cumin seeds, chilli powder and turmeric powder. Add water and whisk well until you have a lump free and flowing batter (same consistency as a crepe batter). Finally stir in garlic ginger paste and vegetables. Turn the heat to low and lightly oil the pan, add a ladleful of batter and spread evenly. Cook until golden brown the flip and cook the other side. Serve hot on its own or with toppings of your choice.
