INGREDIENTS

Almond Milk
1-2 Supreme Almonds, Soaked in water for 10-12 hours
Pinch of salt
4 cups of water
Sweeteners or Flavouring: sugar, honey, agave syrup, vanilla, cinnamon etc. (optional)

METHOD

Drain soaked almonds and add to a blender with 4 cups of water, pinch of salt and sweetener or Flavouring if desired. Blend for 1-2 minutes or until milk looks creamy. Pour the mixture into the french press & slowly press down the plunger to separate the almond pulp from the milk. Serve chilled. Keeps for 6-7 days in the refrigerator.
