Raspberry Crumble bars

INGREDIENTS

200g sugar
300g plain flour
225g room temperature salted butter
1 tsp of baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 ½ cups raspberry & cardamom jam or any other flavoured jam
½ tsp Supreme Cinnamon Powder
½ tsp Supreme Nutmeg Powder
Icing sugar

METHOD

Preheat oven to 180°c and grease a 20x30cm baking tin. In a bowl combine sugar, flour, butter, baking powder, salt, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder until dough is crumbly. Pat ¾ of the dough into the prepared tin. Add jam and spread evenly. Crumble remaining dough over the jam. Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Remove from oven and set aside to cool. Slice, dust with icing sugar and serve.
