Mincemeat Crumble Bars


200g granulated sugar
300g plain flour
50g oats
225g room temperature butter cut into pieces
1 tsp of baking powder
Pinch of salt
½ tsp Supreme Cinnamon Powder
½ tsp Supreme Nutmeg Powder
2 x 411g mincemeat jars


Preheat oven to 180°c and grease a 13 x 9 inch baking tray. In a bowl add sugar, flour, butter, oats, baking powder, salt, cinnamon powder and nutmeg powder. Use your fingertips to make a light crumbly mixture. Pat ¾ of the dough into the prepared tray. Add mincemeat and spread evenly. Crumble remaining dough over the mince meat and bake at 180°C for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Remove from oven and set aside to cool. Slice, dust with icing sugar and serve.
