Semolina Lamb Chops

INGREDIENTS

10 Lamb Chops
1tsp Supreme Crushed Chilli Flakes
1tsp Supreme Cumin Powder
1tbsp lemon juice
1tsp Supreme Ginger Garlic Paste paste
Salt to taste
1 Cup Supreme Fine Semolina
4 eggs, whisked and seasoned with salt
Oil for shallow frying Marinate chops in crushed chilli, cumin powder, lemon juice, garlic ginger paste & salt overnight or minimum of 3 hours.
Heat enough oil to shallow fry in a pan over medium/high heat. Evenly coat both sides of the chops in Fine Semolina. Dip both sides in the egg wash and gently place in the oil. As soon as a batter has formed on one side, turn over and cook till a batter has formed on this side. Lower heat, cook until golden in colour and cooked through.
