Prawn, Dill & Mayo Sandwiches

INGREDIENTS

350g small frozen shrimps
2 tsp Supreme Garlic Paste
¼ tsp Supreme White Pepper Powder
½ tsp Supreme Coarse Black Pepper
Pinch of salt
1 cup mayonnaise
¼ cup finely chopped dill
Iceberg lettuce, washed and drained
Bread of your choice

METHOD

Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add shrimps, garlic paste, white pepper powder, coarse black pepper and pinch of salt. Stir well and cook until all moisture has evaporated. Remove from heat and add to a small mixing bowl. Set aside to cool. Once cooled, mix in mayonnaise and chopped dill. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour. Place bread of your choice on a clean work surface. Add a leaf of iceberg lettuce then spoon the prawn mixture evenly. Sandwich together with another slice of bread. Repeat the process with remaining filling and slices of bread. Cut sandwiches using a serrated knife and serve.
