Mexican Grilled Corn


6 fresh corn on the cob, remove or pull back husk
¼ cup oil
½ cup mayonnaise
½ tsp Supreme Garlic Paste
Supreme Chilli Powder
Salt to taste
½ cup chopped coriander
½ cup feta, crumbled
Lime wedges


Prepare a medium-hot fire charcoal grill/BBQ. In a bowl combine mayonnaise and garlic paste, then set aside. Light brush the with oil. Grill corn, turning occasionally until cooked through. Remove from grill and immediately brush each cob with butter then garlic mayonnaise. Sprinkle over salt, chilli powder, crumbled cheese and chopped coriander. Squeeze over fresh lime juice and serve immediately.
