INGREDIENTS

3 cups Supreme Mumra (puffed rice)
1 cup boondi
1 cup puri (crushed)
1 cup thin sev
1 cup boiled potato, cut into small cubes
½ finely chopped fresh tomato
½ cup finely chopped red onion
½ cup finely chopped coriander
⅓ cup finely chopped fresh coconut
1 tbsp finely chopped green chillies
½ cup Supreme Red Peanuts, lightly toasted
2 ½ tsp Supreme Black Salt Powder
2 ½ tsp Supreme Amchoor Powder
1 tsp Supreme Cumin Powder
½ tsp Supreme Chilli Powder
3 tbsp mustard oil
Fresh lime juice to taste
Salt to taste

Toppings:
Chopped coriander
Nylon sev to sprinkle on top

METHOD

Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Add mumra and dry roast until crispy. Remove and set aside. Now add peanuts and dry roast until crispy. Add everything (except toppings) into a large bowl. Gently and quickly mix everything together. Top with chopped coriander and nylon sev and immediately.
