INGREDIENTS
1 ripe pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into wedges.
¼ cup oil
Supreme Chilli Flakes
Supreme Cumin Powder
2 limes, sliced in half
METHOD
Brush pineapples with oil and place on a prepared BBQ. Cook until nicely charred and lightly colored. Remove from BBQ onto a serving dish and sprinkle with chilli flakes, cumin and freshly squeezed lime juice
