Caramelised Red Onion & Goat Cheese-Stuffed Dates, topped with Walnut & Honey


1tbsp Zaytuna Olive Oil
½ cup finely chopped red onions
¼ tsp Supreme Chilli Powder
¼ tsp Supreme Garam Masala
Dash of balsamic vinegar
125g soft goat cheese
Supreme Walnuts
Medjool dates, pitted


Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until soft. Stir in chilli powder, garam masala and balsamic vinegar. Cook for a few minutes the set aside to cool. Mix together cooled caramelized onions and goat cheese. Stuff the filling in pitted dates, top with walnut and drizzle with honey.
