BBQ Tikka Boti Skewers


1 kg chicken breast, cut into 1 inch pieces
⅓ cup oil
1 cup yogurt
⅓ cup Supreme Traditional Tandoori Masala Powder
Salt to taste (if needed)

Chopped coriander
Sliced lemons


In a bowl, mix together oil, yogurt and tandoori masala. Check seasoning and only then add salt. Add the boneless chicken to the marinade and mix well. Cover and marinate overnight in the fridge. Remove marinated chops from the fridge 2 hours prior to cooking. Thread marinated chicken pieces through pre-soaked skewers and cook on the grill of a preheated barbecue for 15-20 minutes, flipping occasionally until the chicken is cooked through. Garnish with chopped coriander and sliced lemons. Serve immediately.
