BBQ Tandoori Lamb Chops


20 lamb chops
⅓ cup oil
1 cup yogurt
⅓ cup Supreme Traditional Tandoori Masala Powder
Salt to taste (if needed)

Chopped coriander


In a bowl, mix together oil, yogurt tandoori masala. Check seasoning and only then add salt. Add the chops to the marinade and mix well. Cover and marinate overnight in the fridge. Remove marinated chops from the fridge 2 hours prior to cooking. Cook on a preheated barbecue to your preferred desired doneness, about 3/4 minutes per side for medium or longer for well done. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve immediately.
