BBQ Masala Salmon


4 large fillets of salmon
⅓ cup oil
⅓ cup Supreme Hot Fish Masala
1 tbsp corn flour
Salt to taste (if needed)

Lemon slices


In a bowl, mix together oil, fish masala and cornflour. Check seasoning and only then add salt. Add the salmon fillets and coat well in the marinade. Cover and marinate overnight in the fridge. Remove marinated chops from the fridge 2 hours prior to cooking. Place a non-stick BBQ mat on the grill. Once the mat is heated, place marinated fillets (skin side down). Brush with remaining marinade and cook for 5 minutes then gently flip over and cook for another 3 minutes. Garnish with lemon slices, coriander and serve.
