BBQ Basar Lamb Skewers

INGREDIENTS

1 kg boneless lamb, cut into 1 inch pieces
½ cup oil
1 cup yogurt
⅓ cup Supreme Kashmiri Basar Mix
Salt to taste
2 large red onions, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 red pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 green pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 yellow pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces

Garnish:
Chopped coriander

METHOD

In a bowl, mix together oil, yogurt, Kashmiri basar mix and salt. Add the boneless lamb to the marinade and mix well. Cover and marinate overnight in the fridge. Remove from the fridge 2 hours prior to grilling. Thread marinated lamb, onions and peppers through pre-soaked skewers and cook on the grill of a preheated barbecue for 10-20 minutes, flipping occasionally until the lamb is cooked to your desired doneness. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve immediately.
