Baked Camembert with Walnuts & Honey

INGREDIENTS

250g camembert
Rosemary sprigs
2 garlic cloves, finely sliced
¼ cup Supreme walnuts, roughly chopped
Honey

METHOD

Preheat oven to 180°c. Place camembert on a baking sheet. Make cuts on the top rind of the cheese and insert sprigs of rosemary and sliced garlic into the gaps. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes. Remove from the oven and peel back the rind. Top with walnuts and honey and serve with toasted bread slices.
